Preview period is now open! The stakeholder preview for the 2025-26 Edition of the Health Plan Report Card will run from Monday, October 27, to Friday, October 31, 2025, closing at 5:00 p.m. (Pacific).

We ask that representatives from the rated health plans check their organization’s scores and profile information during this preview week.

• Profile information can be updated via a new profile form that was shared with health plan contacts. Reach out to the California Health Care Quality Report Cards Team for questions.
