2023-24 Edition Medical Group Report Cards Now Available
The Center for Data Insights and Innovation (CDII) released annual quality ratings for medical groups that serve members of commercial health plans and Medicare Advantage plans. The information is searchable by county to make it easier for consumers to compare the providers in their area.
- The Medical Group – Commercial Report Card includes cost ratings in addition to the clinical quality and patient experience scores on an array of topics.
- The Medical Group – Medicare Report Card provides a variety of scores on the quality of medical care, including cancer screenings and treatments for chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.
The California Health Care Quality Report Cards transitioned to CDII from the Office of the Patient Advocate in 2021. These Report Cards are produced in partnership with the National Committee for Quality Assurance, Integrated Healthcare Association, and Purchaser Business Group on Health.
